Welcome to EAA Chapter 879 Swag (swag.eaa879.org), the official merchandise store for EAA Chapter 879. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
🛍️ General Information
- This store is operated by EAA Chapter 879, a nonprofit aviation organization.
- All merchandise is offered in support of chapter activities and outreach.
- The store is hosted on the subdomain swag.eaa879.org, part of eaa879.org.
📦 Order Processing and Pickup
All orders are processed in bulk batches. Typically, merchandise will be available for pickup at the next scheduled EAA Chapter 879 meeting, or within two (2) weeks of your completed payment.
Please note:
- We do not offer shipping at this time.
- Merchandise is available for pickup during regular monthly meetings, held every 2nd Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Occasionally, meetings may be replaced by special events at alternate locations. In such cases, merchandise pickup may be unavailable. We’ll notify you if your order is affected.
💳 Payments and Security
We accept major credit and debit cards, securely processed via Stripe.
- Your payment information is never stored on any EAA Chapter 879 servers.
- All payment data is encrypted and securely transmitted to Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
- EAA Chapter 879 personnel will never have access to your payment information. Stripe handles all decryption and verification processes independently.
🔁 Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- Custom or limited-edition items may be non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@eaa879.org with your order number and reason.
📧 Communications
- By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase.
- You may opt in to receive updates or promotional messages.
- We will never sell or misuse your contact information.
🔐 Privacy
