At EAA Chapter 879 Swag, we keep things simple and community-focused. All merchandise is distributed locally—no shipping, no surprises.
📦 How Delivery Works
We process orders in bulk batches, typically once per month. After your payment is confirmed, your items will be available for pickup at one of the following:
- The next regular EAA Chapter 879 meeting, or
- Within two (2) weeks of your paid order, in most cases.
📍 Pickup Location & Times
Merchandise can be picked up during our monthly chapter meetings, held:
- Every 2nd Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- At our usual meeting location (check eaa879.org for updates)
Please note:
Occasionally, meetings may be replaced by special events at alternate locations. In those cases, merchandise pickup may not be available. We’ll notify you if your order is affected.

We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders are local pickup only.
If you’re unable to attend a meeting, feel free to contact us at info@eaa879.org to arrange an alternate pickup time if possible.
